Value Added Tax
Depending on your location, the VAT shown at checkout may vary, and so may your final price.
For the following countries, the price shown is your final price: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. The country-specific VAT is calculated at checkout.
For all other countries, net prices are displayed and the country-specific VAT is added. Your final price will therefore be higher.
For orders from Switzerland and Germany, you pay VAT to Belchengruppe. In all other countries, the relevant tax is collected by the courier and you will receive an invoice for this directly from them.
Delivery
We always send your order free of charge and insured within a few days via FedEx or the post service.

Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. We will send you a formal invoice as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Depending on your location, you will pay VAT directly to the courier. They will collect it on your behalf and you will receive a separate invoice directly from them.
