Your watch depends on the precise interaction of precision mechanical components. Avoid strong impacts and rapid temperature fluctuations. If necessary, clean it with a microfibre cloth.
If your watch gets wet, dry it off and do not operate the crown. The water resistance is 5 atm / 50 m and the watch is protected against splashes of water.
Magnetism can interfere with the functioning of the movement. Therefore, avoid proximity to magnetic fields, such as those emitted by loudspeakers, mobile phones or refrigerators.
Leather is a natural product. To keep the strap in good condition for as long as possible, avoid contact with moisture, grease or make-up as well as strong sunlight.
Your watch should be serviced and cleaned regularly, approximately every three years. Send your watch to us or hand it over to a professional watch service centre. The water resistance should always be tested at the same time.
Before wearing your watch, wind it up completely manually in the crown position (a). As soon as you wear it, it remains permanently wound by the movement of your wrist with the help of an oscillating weight. The power reserve after full winding is approx. 38 hours.
1. pull the crown all the way out to position (c). The second hand stops.
2. Set the time by turning the crown.
3. As soon as you push the crown back in to position (a), the watch starts running again.
1. Pull the crown out to the centre position (b).
2. Set the date by turning the crown.
3. As soon as you push the crown back in to position (a), the watch will start running again.
You can change the strap yourself without tools. Use the pin on the inside of the strap to push one side of the spring bar inwards. This allows you to both remove the strap from the case and insert the new strap.
