Shipping is as an insured parcel. For orders from Switzerland and Germany, the shipping charges are included in the displayed sales price. For orders from abroad, the Belchengruppe uses the respective services of courier companies. The shipping charges are settled by the courier directly with the customer.
For customers from Switzerland, the prices do not include VAT. The Belchengruppe is not subject to VAT in Switzerland.
For customers from Germany, the prices include the applicable VAT; the Belchengruppe settles the VAT directly with the tax office.
In other foreign countries, the buyer owes the respective tax or customs office, the customs duties, value-added or other taxes set by the local customs authorities as well as a country-specific handling fee to the courier, if applicable. These costs will be settled by the courier directly with the customer.
For details and the amount of the costs incurred on receipt of the goods, please contact the relevant office in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information on this.
You can pay by invoice or credit card, or in cash if you pick up your order in Basel.
If you select "Invoice", we will send you an invoice by e-mail to the specified e-mail address with our account information following an order. Please pay this within 14 days to the account stated there.
If you select "Credit card", you can pay directly online by credit card. You will be redirected to the service provider Stripe. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, Belchengruppe does not process any credit card information.
We will then send you an invoice for your documents by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided.
We always dispatch the goods only after receipt of payment or credit to our account.
Our invoices are issued in Swiss francs or euros. The currency and the final price depend on the country of delivery specified in the order process. All previous price indications are displayed on the basis of the determined IP address and are provisional until the delivery location or country is specified.
The invoice must be paid net within 14 days of the invoice date. After expiry of this payment period, the customer shall be in default without reminder. In the event of non-compliance with the agreed terms of payment (in particular default) after 30 days or in the event of insolvency of the customer, the Belchengruppe shall be entitled to immediately cease outstanding deliveries to the customer without any obligation to pay compensation and to withdraw from the contract.
The stated delivery dates are made to the best of our knowledge, but without guarantee. Delivery is made immediately from stock. Our production times are usually around 2 to 4 weeks. If no delivery time is explicitly stated, the goods are usually handed over to the courier within 10 working days after receipt of payment. In principle, you have the right to return the ordered goods within 2 weeks after delivery, provided that you have contacted Belchengruppe within this period accordingly in writing by e-mail to email@example.com. The right to return only exists if you return the goods undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging. When returning the goods, you bear the full transport risk and the transport costs.
In the case of individualised products that have been modified at your request, a return of delivered goods is not possible. Furthermore, a return is excluded in the case of price reductions granted such as discounts or promotional prices.
In the event of an effective return, the purchase contract is not concluded. The purchase price or the value of the returned goods will be credited to your bank account or credit card account without separate notification.
Should material or manufacturing defects occur despite careful inspection, we grant a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase. Usual signs of wear and tear and damage caused by improper handling of the goods are excluded from the guarantee.
Claims for products that deviate from technical specifications, dimensions and / or illustrations but can still be used as intended are also excluded.
To make a warranty claim, the product must be returned to Belchengruppe at your expense together with the corresponding invoice. Please include a detailed description of the problem. If we cannot determine the defects described therein, we will return the product to you without further processing. We will bear the costs of the return shipment.
Belchengruppe can provide warranty service in the form of a free repair, an equivalent replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
We will of course also be happy to help you in cases that are not covered by this guarantee, but the necessary work will then be subject to a charge.
